1. Scope of Engagement

Promptful Consulting LLC provides AI strategy consulting, workflow automation engineering, and custom application development. All custom project engagements are governed by explicit Statement of Work (SOW) documents detailing deliverables, milestones, and fixed pricing.

2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon full payment of project invoices for custom builds, 100% of custom application source code, custom database schemas, and proprietary workflow scripts belong exclusively to the client.

3. Disclaimers & Operational Outcomes

Results and time savings vary by business implementation. Promptful builds systems to exact agreed specifications but does not guarantee third-party software uptime or unannounced external API changes by third-party vendors.
